Funny title huh? Well you will understand in a minute.
I do not like beets ugh.
This morning while fixing breakfast and reading the Paleo reset I came up with ok I can have berries and I need to get some beets in me , so I mixed them together .
For breakfast I ate
Salmon
Eggs
Beets w berries
That is a big deal . Lol.
